PLEASE NOTE:

We  only offer grants to 501(c)3 all volunteer organizations, with no administrative costs/salaries. We also require a 5 year track record from the date of your IRS Determination Letter. 

Please fill out the entire form and provide the requested documentation.

Your group must be a certified non-profit as the IRS regulations for the Hugs & Kisses Animal Fund stipulate we can only grant funds to certified non-profit groups, not individuals. EIN 95-4549031

Please allow up to 60 days for a response. If the need is urgent, please state the reason and time frame for response.
